Product Certifications
Cyprus Certification Company (CyCert) offers a diverse range of product certification schemes to the market. CyCert provides these services either independently or in collaboration with other accredited and/or notified certification bodies. The following certification schemes for products are offered: Solar Collectors and Solar Thermal Systems (Solarkeymark Certification Scheme), Plastic Pipes & Fittings, Construction Products and Lefkara Laces

Training
Through its Training Academy, CyCert develops and delivers a variety of training programs. As of 2018 CyCert Academy has been a member of IQNET Academy and can therefore offer all IQNET Academy-approved training programs.
Lifting Equipment
Recognizing the critical role of lifting equipment in citizens’ daily lives and, consequently, the economy, as a result of their direct or indirect dependence on various economic activities such as construction, vehicle repair and maintenance, loading – unloading – handling of goods, removals, and warehouse operation, CyCert expanded the activities of its Technical Sector by offering initial and periodic inspections.
Who we are
The Cyprus Certification Company (CyCert) is an accredited Certification Body established in 2002 as a private limited liability company, with the Cyprus Organisation of Standardisation being its sole shareholder through the Ministry of Finance. It is governed by a seven-member Board representing the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Energy, Commerce and Industry, and the private sector (Cyprus Employers and Industrialist Federation (OEB), the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), the Technical Chamber (ETEK), the Consumers Association, and academia).

Training
Through its Training Academy, CyCert develops and delivers a variety of training programs.
As of 2018 CyCert Academy has been a member of IQNET Academy and can therefore offer all IQNET Academy-approved training programs.
Furthermore, CyCert is an acknowledged Vocational Training Centre by the Human Resource Development Authority of Cyprus (HRDA) (Certificate No. K00288); consequently, the HRDA subsidizes most of the training programs offered by CyCert.
All training programs are designed to cover a broad range of activities and topics and to meet the current and future training objectives of CyCert’s partners and customers and are always delivered by highly qualified, certified trainers with extensive training experience in their respective fields.
