ISO 13687 is divided into three sections:
- ISO 13687-1 provides minimum requirements for basic service level harbours
- ISO 13687-2 provides minimum requirements for intermediate service level harbours
- ISO 13687-3 provides minimum requirements for high service level harbours
The international standard's primary objective is to provide yacht port operators with a practical tool for:
- promoting health, safety, and respect for the environment
- contribute to the development of yacht ports and the surrounding area by implementing international best practices.
