The ISO 37001 standard outlines the requirements for such an anti-bribery management system for organizations.
More specifically, it specifies various anti-bribery policies and procedures that an organization can implement to assist in the prevention of bribery cases and their identification and subsequent management if they occur. These policies and procedures can be implemented by the organization in a reasonable and proportionate manner according to its type and size, well as the nature and extent of bribery risks it faces.
